Land the job you actually want
Interviews on your calendar, not rejection emails. GetMattered scores each job against your resume, rewrites it to clear the screen, writes the cover letter, and submits on the employer's own hiring system - then shows you the company's own confirmation that it landed.
Get read by a human, not filtered by software.
That is the whole job, and it is the one thing a mass-apply bot cannot do for you. GetMattered scores each role against your real experience first, rewrites the resume and cover letter for that specific posting, then submits where you are a genuine fit - so what reaches the hiring team is an application worth reading, not the same PDF for the fortieth time. Every one of them sits in your dashboard, with the employer's own confirmation the moment it lands.
The product, in 90s
Resume scoring
Stop getting filtered out before a human ever reads you. Paste a job description, get a real score against the software companies use to screen resumes (called ATS), and see the exact keywords to fix while you can still fix them.
AI auto-apply
Get in front of the people who actually decide. Your application goes in on the employer's own hiring system - Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Personio, Teamtailor, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Breezy, Workable, Rippling, BambooHR, JazzHR, softgarden, Jobvite, Gem, Zoho Recruit, Dayforce, Hireology, Dover, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Paylocity, Oracle Taleo, UKG Pro Recruiting, ADP, Avature, CareerPlug, Pinpoint, Manatal, and Eightfold - never a one-click shortcut a recruiter has learned to skim past. Then you see the company confirm it landed.
Resume and cover letters
Never retype your own history again. Your resume is reshaped for each job and the cover letter names the actual company, both drawn from what you have really done. Even the long-answer screener questions get answered in your voice, not generic filler.
Application tracker
You always know exactly where you stand. Every submission lands in your dashboard with the match score at the time, a clear status from applied all the way to offer, and the company's own confirmation the moment it arrives.
No 30-person team. No VC roadmap. Built independently.
GetMattered is funded entirely by subscriptions, not venture capital, so the only people it answers to are the people who use it. Support is direct and replies are fast, never a ticket queue. What ships next is whatever job seekers actually need: apply to fewer jobs better, not more jobs sloppy.
A few things GetMattered won't do
Knowing what GetMattered won't do is part of the deal.
Send 500 applications a day
GetMattered caps applies at 50 a day on purpose. Sending applications is a paid feature, and the monthly plans send 140 to 325 a month. Sending 500 a day is what gets your account flagged. GetMattered sends fewer, with a much better fit.
Spray and pray
If your resume says backend engineer and the job is sales, GetMattered skips it. The match score is visible so you can override it. Better to lose the subscription than send an application that hurts your chances.
Promise it works every time
Job sites break sometimes. When the agent gets stuck, it stops, logs what it saw, and tells you. No fake confirmations, no pretending it worked when it did not.
Sell your data
Your resume is yours. GetMattered does not sell it to recruiters, data brokers, or ad networks. The business runs on subscriptions. That is the whole revenue model.
Interview prep that knows the actual questions
When a callback comes in, you walk into that call already knowing what they will ask and which moment from your career answers it. Salary-negotiation help is next. The roadmap is driven by what job seekers actually run into.
GetMattered keeps running in the background after you land the role, watching the market and telling you the moment a better-paying opening for your skills appears.
