What GetMattered actually does

Not a list of buttons. The four parts of the job search we took off your hands.

Product features

Best shot first

Smart Job Matching

Every opening from Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn and Indeed, held up against what you have actually done. The ones you can win come first.

Submitted, not drafted

AI Auto-Apply

It rewrites the resume, writes the letter, fills in every field and presses submit. You find out about it when they reply.

Only things you did

Resume and Cover Letters

One master resume in. A version per posting out, built only from work you did. It is hard-blocked from writing “passionate about”.

Checked before you apply

Skip the Ghost Jobs

Reposted every month since March. Open eleven months. Filled internally in week two. We check for the tells before it reaches you.

Written by them

Replies Land Here

Anyone can tell you they clicked submit. This is the company itself, in its own words, sorted into invites, confirmations and next steps.

Applied to offer

Application Tracking

Applied to offer on one board. Who replied, who went quiet on the Thursday. This is the spreadsheet, keeping itself.

Why any of this exists

Four things, each built to remove one part of the job search you should never have been doing by hand.

A job search is not hard because sending an application is hard. It is hard because the work is repetitive enough to exhaust you and specific enough that shortcuts show. Forty applications written properly would beat four hundred sent carelessly, but nobody has forty evenings. Every capability below removes one part of that trade-off, and none of them ask you to send something you would not have sent yourself.

How the four fit together

They are one pipeline, not four products. Match scoring reads a posting and tells you whether it is worth your evening, so effort goes where it can land. The resume is then rewritten for that specific advert, leading with the experience it actually asks for rather than the experience you happen to be proudest of. Auto-apply takes that tailored application to the employer's own system, handles the account wall and the verification email without involving you, and waits for their confirmation rather than counting its own click. Interview prep picks up where that ends, building from the same posting and the same company so you walk in rehearsing your own story rather than a stranger's answer.
