Introducing GetMattered

GetMattered is an auto-apply service with one goal: interviews on your calendar. It finds jobs that fit you, rewrites your resume for each one, writes a cover letter for that one advert and files the application on the company's own hiring system, in your name. Then it waits for the employer to confirm the application arrived.

A job search usually produces a long list of sent applications and very little proof that any of them reached a person. GetMattered exists so serious candidates spend their week preparing for interviews, with rejection mail as the exception.

What a landed application means

Clicking submit proves very little. A required field can come back blank or an upload can stall, and nobody tells the candidate.

So GetMattered never marks its own work as done. An application counts as sent when the employer's system confirms it: a confirmation email from the employer in your inbox, or the employer's own page saying your submission was received. That proof stays with the application in your tracker. Open any row and you see how we know it landed, so your attention can go to the interview itself.

Every application written for its role

A generic application is easy to pass over. GetMattered rewrites your resume for each posting, writes the cover letter for that advert and answers the open-ended screening questions from your real history, in your voice. It applies on 30+ hiring systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS and SmartRecruiters.

You decide how much it sends. Swipe right on a job and GetMattered sends it. If you want to read first, review the prepared application and approve it. On the Hired Yesterday plan, Auto Apply sends without a swipe, and it stays off until you switch it on. Left swipes and saves are free on every plan.

What we hold ourselves to

Your name is on every application, and GetMattered treats it that way. A duplicate check stops the same job from going out twice. Nothing goes out in a mode you did not pick. Employer replies arrive in your GetMattered inbox, and the confirmation for each application stays on file next to it.

The list of hiring systems keeps growing, and each new system is tested on real postings before it joins. Gmail and Outlook connections are in beta on Hired Yesterday. They bring the job mail already in your own inbox into the same tracker, and we open them one approved account at a time.

• Hired in 30 is $38.99 a month or $21.99 a week. You pick each job with a swipe right, with room for about 215 applications a month on monthly billing.
• Hired Yesterday is $89.99 a month or $37.99 a week. It adds Auto Apply and room for about 500 applications a month.
