GetMattered exists to get good candidates in front of the people who decide, instead of into a keyword filter that rejects them before a human reads a line. It ranks every new posting against the candidate's resume, rewrites the resume for the ones worth applying to, writes the cover letter, answers the open-ended screener questions in the candidate's voice, files each application on the employer's own hiring system, preps them for the interview, and tracks the pipeline. It counts an application as sent only when a confirmation comes back from that employer's system, never on the strength of its own click. Unlike mass-apply bots, it scores per job and only applies where the resume is competitive, and that fit floor blocks the send rather than printing a warning.
