The Terms are governed by the law of Delaware, United States, and disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver. Where the mandatory law of the country in which you live gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply and nothing here limits them.

Every application goes out with the resume rewritten against that specific posting, drawn from real bullets in your master CV and reshaped for that reader. Anti-fabrication rules block invented titles, made-up certifications and skills you never listed. The same builder works standalone: upload a resume or start from scratch, paste a job description, export a PDF.
3. **Fit scoring that gates the application.** Every posting is ranked against your resume before a single application is spent, and that score is wired to the send rather than printed for your records. Set a fit floor: anything under it is skipped and recorded as skipped, so the weak application never goes out and never costs you anything. Matching is uncapped on every plan, free included.
